Delivery InformationDELIVERY SCHEDULE: Order by 5pm for next business day delivery Monday to Friday. All orders received over the weekend will be delivered on Monday or next business day if Monday is a public holiday.
Frequently Asked QuestionsQ.Where do you deliver? A.Blooming Sweets delivers daily Monday to Friday to all Brisbane City suburbs, as well as areas north of Brisbane to Caboolture, south of Brisbane to Yatala and west to Ipswich.On Mondays, Wednesday and Friday afternoons we have a refrigerated delivery service to the Gold Coast. Q. What time do you deliver? A. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm. Although we cannot provide you with a specific time ,we can advise you if delivery will be morning or afternoon at time of ordering. Q. What happens if no one is available to receive bouquet on delivery? A. When ordering we will ask you for instructions on what you would like done if premises are unattended. You may elect to have bouquet left at premises, or redelivered. Redelivery charges will apply. Q. Are weekend deliveries available? A. On some occasions weekend deliveries or out of hours deliveries may be available to the Brisbane metro area. Please ring us on 33972754 to check availability of “out of normal hours” service. Extra charges may apply. Q. Can I pick up my bouquet rather than having it delivered? A. Yes, we can arrange a suitable time with you to pick up your bouquet from our premises in Coorparoo. One business days notice is still required for pick ups. Q. How do I pay? A. Blooming Sweets accepts Visa or Mastercard or direct deposit. We also accept cash if you choose to pick up your bouquet.
