Q. Where does Blooming Sweets deliver?
A. At this stage we deliver to the Brisbane Metropolitan area.

Q. When do I need to order for next business day delivery?
A. Orders need to be placed by 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays ) for next business day delivery. During peak times such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s and Father’s Day please allow at least 3 days notice.

Q. What time do you deliver?
A. Deliveries are made between 9am and 6pm. To avoid re-delivery fees and because we want the recipient to receive their bouquet  in the best possible condition, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present to take delivery of the bouquet. 

On some occasions we are able to arrange after hours or weekend deliveries. Please phone to check the availability of "out of hours" deliveries.

Q. How do I pay?
A. Blooming Sweets accepts Mastercard, Visa and Direct Deposit.

Q. How much is delivery?
A. Blooming Sweets has a fantastic flat rate of $10 to all suburbs in the Brisbane City Council area. For any suburbs outside this area please enquire on 3397 2754 or 0414 713 159 regarding delivery rates.

Q. Can I design my own bouquet?
A. Yes. You can design your own bouquet to suit your needs. Please contact us on 33972754 for special requests and we will be happy to help you. Please allow at least 3 days notice for designer bouquets.

Q. Are your products suitable for children?
A. As our chocolates are bound to wooden skewers we do not recommend our products for young children.
